Policies—Rejections; Corrections, revisions, and withdrawals; retractions and apologies; returns and Lost materials

Electricka's goals for information integrity are three-fold:

  • The visitor who reads anything published at this web site should have confidence that it is valid and reported fairly.
  • The visitor who submits a work or information about the arts for publication should have confidence that the information he submits about himself or his subject is accurately reported in full.
  • Visitors should have confidence that they can open pages at this web site that are not ethically or morally offensive.

Sometimes a mistake may be ours; sometimes it may be due to an error in the information we receive from others. In either case, the mistake is ours to correct. If you find an error on any of our pages, let us know; we'll gladly print a correction or retraction, as appropriate.

ETAF, DCI, and their agents do not knowingly or deliberately publish vulgar, defamatory, inaccurate, harassing, hateful, or threatening material. They do not knowingly invade the privacy of others, publish prurient material, violate laws, or intentionally violate the proprietary rights of any party.

Rest assured that, if mistakes occur, they are always unintentional.

rejections

The errors of fact, statements, or opinions expressed in works or information submitted by visitors and published at this web site are solely their own. The opinions and statements in these submissions do not necessarily reflect those of ETAF, DCI, or their agents.

ETAF Staff reserve the right to:

  • Reject any visitor submission for any reason at any time without warning, explanation, or notice.
  • Remove any visitor submission that has been published at this web site for any reason at any time without warning, explanation, or notice.

corrections, revisions, and withdrawals

ETAF is not obliged to correct, revise, or withdraw errors, statements, or opinions made by Staff or by visitors. However, ETAF Staff strives to make the information it publishes correct and accurate whenever possible. They will make corrections on their own initiative when they discover them, and they will make corrections, revisions, and withdrawals when visitors report errors or request revisions or withdrawals.
